En replongeant dans l’histoire de son père et en interrogeant ce qu’il parvient à transmettre à son fils, il tente de remonter à l’origine de lui-même et de son travail de création. Cherchant ce qui nous rassemble plutôt que ce qui nous divise, Mani Soleymanlou retourne au souffle qui l’avait amené à prendre la parole il y a 8 ans pour son premier spectacle UN.
After presenting a series of works playing with the numbers from 1 to 9 and dealing with multiple facets of identity, Mani Soleymanlou returns to ZÉRO – to the great void. By delving into his father’s history and questioning what he passes on to his son, Mani attempts to trace the origins of himself and his creative work. Searching for what brings us together rather than what divides us, Mani Soleymanlou returns to the inspiration that led him to take the stage 8 years ago for his first show, UN.
