Sylvie Walker
Sylvie Walker is a Fransaskois prairie-folk singer-songwriter based in Saskatoon. Drawing on personal and collective experiences, her songs explore themes such as grief, faith and French-Canadian history with sensitivity and a touch of humour. In 2025, she released her first EP, Mon doux seigneur, on the Homestead Records label. In August 2026, she received six awards at the Festival international de la chanson de Granby, including the Distribution Amplitude, Artisti and Espace culturel St. John awards.
